Each rental includes a phrase (Happy Birthday, etc), 1 name, 1 number (if applicable), lots of balloons and stars, your choice of 4 graphics, delivery, setup, take down. All invoices will have an additional 8.25% Texas Sales tax added.
Your original rental is 24 hours, each additional day will be charged at a daily rate.
Need two names on your yard sign? No problem, just let us know and we can add an additional name for just $10
All invoices will have an additional 8.25% Texas Sales tax added. All invoices must be paid at the time of the booking to considered on our schedule. By booking with Sunshine Yard Notes, you agree to all of our policies and pricing listed.
We set up all deliveries the day before your event/celebration. We pick up all signs starting after 6 pm the next day (your rental is for 24 hours and additional days can be purchased).
All invoices must be paid at the time of the receipt to be confirmed. You will be sent an invoice via PayPal (you do not need an account and can checkout as a guest).
-Payment is required at the time of booking in order for the greeting to be confirmed.
-Do not remove or move any of our signs as this may cause damage to them.
-If negligent damage occurs to the signs or stakes, you will be sent an invoice to replace them. This includes any damage from moving them, animals eating or urinating them, and lawn care.
-Do not dispose of any of our signs, including our marketing sign.
-During the warmer months of the year (April-September), please water your lawn to make sure the signs can be installed easily. The best test for this is to stick a screw driver in the lawn all the way down. If it goes in easily, so will our signs.
-Please do not have any lawn care services during the time our signs are in place. You will be responsible if any of them get damaged.
-Sunshine Yard Notes, and our representatives are not responsible for any property damage or personal injuries that may occur by the yard signs.
If we cannot set up your greeting because of hazardous weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or we can attempt to reschedule delivery.
-If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so within 48 hours of the booking for a full refund.
-Any cancellations after the 48 hours of the initial booking will be charged at 50% refund up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date. (Please note that we do this because our schedule is tight and people inquire about booking when we are often sold out. To better serve everyone, we have to have a strict refund policy).
-We cannot give any refunds for the incorrect delivery address, the recipient of the yard note
asks us to remove the yard note, we are threatened by animals or people, or we cannot get into the property or neighborhood due to a gate.
-A $30 fee will be charged if we must remove and redeliver the yard note to a correct address. This $30 fee must be paid before we reattempt delivery.
